Terms & Conditions
1. Production Sizes and Timeline
- MOQ: Minimum 10 pieces per design
- Production Timeline: Typically a minimum 35 day production period applies. Exact timelines will be communicated depending on order size and Vasl’s production backlog
- For orders above 100 pieces, additional lead time may apply (discussed case-by-case).
- Each piece is handcrafted — minor variations are part of the process.
2. Quality Control & Approval
- All pieces undergo a multi-point quality inspection before shipment.
- Buyers receive photographs of final items before dispatch for approval.
- Once approved, the final balance invoice (75%) is issued.
3. Payment Terms
- 25% deposit confirms production.
- 75% balance due prior to shipment.
- Payments accepted via bank transfer.
- All invoices are issued in USD or AED unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping partners: DHL / FedEx / UPS, fully tracked and insured.
- Typical transit time: 3–5 days.
- Default shipping term: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available upon request for specific countries.
5. Packaging
- Each item is packaged with protective wrapping, craft story insert, and sustainable materials.
- Custom packaging can be arranged for large-volume buyers.
6. Returns & Damages
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless damaged in transit.
- Any damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs for claim processing.
7. Customization & Branding
- We can offer limited color or size customizations on bulk orders (timeline adjusted accordingly).
- Co-branding or special labeling is available on request.
8. Confidentiality & Exclusivity
- Vasl does not resell client-specific designs or custom orders to other buyers.
- Regional exclusivity may be discussed for large recurring clients.
